How does the group travel?
By 4×4 jeeps from Samarkand to Zaamin and by the Afrosiyob train to Tashkent; both are included. Flights are not included.

Day by day
Day 1 · Arrival in Samarkand
Early arrival, transfer and check-in, a traditional Samarkand breakfast. A city tour: Gur-Emir, Registan, the Siab bazaar and the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, lunch during the tour, dinner with Samarkand Rice cooked in a kazan with carrots, onions and meat: the dish of every Uzbek celebration. Each region cooks it its own way..
Day 2 · Samarkand → Zaamin National Reserve
By 4×4 to Zaamin with scenic stops, lunch with tandoor kebab and a Kazanpatyr masterclass. Into the reserve: the Boboyongok walnut tree, Sherbulok spring, the thousand-year juniper and the Chartangi glass bridge. Overnight at the Zamindor hotel, dinner included.
Day 3 · Zaamin → Tashkent
Breakfast with mountain views, a cable-car ascent and a guided hike. After lunch, transfer to the station and the Afrosiyob train to Tashkent, check-in and dinner at Karavan.
Day 4 · Tashkent → departure
Tashkent's old bazaar under a big blue-green dome, not far from Hazrati Imam. Bring cash in so'm. Read more →, a walk through Independence Square and Amir Temur Square, a farewell plov lunch at Besh Kozon, then transfer to the airport.
