The whole process

Tell us your tripSend us your dates, group size, interests and rough budget. Anything you already know — we work with as much or as little as you have.
We send a plan within 24 hoursA day-by-day itinerary with the hotels named and every line itemised — you see what each part costs. Revise it as many times as you need; that is free.
You confirmWhen the plan is right we send a contract and an invoice. A deposit secures your dates; the balance is due before arrival.
PaymentBank transfer, secure card payment, or our company QR code. Prices are set in USD and fixed at booking — no currency surprises.

On the roadA local guide travels with you, and the Tashkent office is on call 24/7. If a flight is cancelled at night, someone picks up.

Early payment on group tours: On scheduled group tours, paying in full early can lock a lower price.
Changes and cancellation: Set out in full in the contract and the public offer. Talk to us early — most changes are straightforward before you travel.
