Team quests
Three standalone formats for Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent: for conferences, incentive trips and corporate off-sites. Each has roles, a time limit, scoring and a finale with awards.
Ulugbek’s Code
Ciphers, geometry and observation tasks; teams of 8–12 start in waves; live scoreboard. In rain the route shortens and the finale moves indoors.
Silk Road Caravan
Teams are caravans getting their cargo across the city: negotiate, bargain, decide. Points for results, time and creative solutions.
The Caravan’s Chest
A locked chest for each team, a shared scoreboard, hints bought with penalty points. No weather risk; also the back-up for the city quests.
