On day 3 the coach leaves Tashkent in the morning and reaches Amirsoy in about an hour and a half. The gondolas take the group to the 2,290 m summit, the afternoon is in teams on the rope park, quad bikes or a hike, and dinner is at the resort.

Yes, on request: Amirsoy has a dome-type conference hall, and Beldersoy Resort and Spa has two meeting rooms and a ballroom. We book them subject to availability.

The agenda ends in a Tashkent ballroom, and an hour and a half later the same people are in the Chatkal mountains: in a gondola to 2,290 m, on quad bikes with an instructor, around one table at dinner. We live in Tashkent, and this is where the city goes for fresh air. The working part stays in a five-star hotel in the capital; the mountains do the team building.

Day by Day
Day 1 · Arrival in Tashkent — The welcome evening
Airport meeting and transfer to the conference hotel. In the evening, a welcome dinner. For those who arrive early, a short ride on the Did you know? Overnight in Tashkent
Day 2 · Tashkent — Conference day
The conference at your hotel: the hall, coffee breaks and lunch arranged with the hotel (venue hire on request).
In the late afternoon, The Caravan’s Chest, our indoor quest-box: a locked chest for each team, a shared scoreboard and 60–90 minutes with no weather risk. A good way to mix departments before the mountains. Dinner in a Tashkent restaurant.
Overnight in Tashkent
Day 3 · Tashkent – the mountains — Team day
Morning coach to Amirsoy, about an hour and a half on the Tashkent – Gazalkent road. The Amirsoy Express gondola lifts the group from the road to the resort in about nine minutes, and the Prima gondola continues to the summit at 2,290 m.
Afternoon in teams: the rope park, quad bikes with a guide-instructor, a guided mountain hike or team games run by the resort. In the evening, dinner at the resort, and an evening by the fire where the resort allows it (on request).
Good to know: Lifts and outdoor activities follow the weather: in strong wind the schedule can change on the day, so we plan the gondola for the morning and keep an indoor back-up.
Overnight at the resort
Day 4 · The mountains – Tashkent — Wrap-up and departure
A short wrap-up session in the resort’s conference hall (on request), or a free morning: the spa, the heated outdoor pool or a walk. After lunch, transfer to Tashkent airport.
Beldersay option · Beldersoy Resort and Spa for the retreat
For the retreat part we can use Beldersoy Resort and Spa at Beldersay, 5 km from Mountains of the Western Tian Shan about 80 km from Tashkent: hiking in summer, skiing in winter, the Charvak reservoir nearby. - Mountain activities depend on the weather and the season; from December to March we replace them with a ski day.
- Conference halls and meeting rooms are booked on request and subject to availability.
- At the top it is noticeably cooler than in the city, even in July: bring a warm layer.
- Reservations are confirmed with passport copies only.
