A strategy session needs a room without phones ringing in the corridor. We take the team out of Tashkent to a resort in the Bostanliq mountains above Lake Charvak: chalets, a conference room with large panoramic windows and daylight, and two restaurants with Uzbek and European food. The coach leaves in the morning, the first session starts before lunch, and the next day the team comes back with a plan.

Day by Day
Day 1 · Tashkent – the mountains — Two working sessions
The coach leaves Tashkent at 8:00 and reaches the resort in about two hours, along the reservoir.
Coffee on arrival and the first session in the conference room. Lunch at the resort restaurant, then the second session.
In the evening, the sauna and dinner on the terrace with a view of the mountains.
Overnight at the resort, in chalets
Day 2 · The mountains – Tashkent — Decisions and the way back
A morning walk around the resort, then the final session: decisions, owners and the next steps.
Lunch and the coach back; the team is in Tashkent by around 17:00.
Good to know: In the mountains it is noticeably cooler than in the city, even in summer: bring a warm layer for the evening.
