What data we receive
We process the data you leave in the form or provide for trip arrangements: name, phone, email, request comment, traveler details, passport details, travel dates, and other information needed for a tour, visa, insurance, or booking.
Why we use it
We use the data to process your request, contact you, prepare an offer and agreement, book the travel product, and arrange services included in the trip: accommodation, transport, insurance, visa support, and assistance.
Who may receive it
Only to the extent needed to provide the service: tour operators, hotels, airlines and carriers, insurers, visa and consular services, payment providers, and service partners involved in arranging the trip. This transfer may be cross-border when required.
How we protect it
Access is limited to employees and partners who need the data to perform the service. We do not transfer it for unrelated purposes and store it in line with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Consent term and withdrawal
Your consent remains valid until withdrawn. You can withdraw it by sending a written request to AroundCA; after that, processing stops except where storage is required by law.
