- 30+ days before departure: full refund minus actual costs incurred.

- 7 days or less before departure: up to 100% of the tour cost retained.
Rail and air tickets are refunded according to the carrier’s own rules. Passport data is required in advance to secure train tickets.

- Arrival in Samarkand, transfer to hotel and check-in.
- Visit Gur-Emir Mausoleum, the resting place of Tamerlane and the Timurid dynasty.
- Explore Registan Square and its three celebrated madrassas.
- Lunch at restaurant Samarkand.
- Batik masterclass at a private artisan studio, with a finished textile souvenir for each participant.
- Visit the Meros Silk Paper Factory to see traditional paper-making.
- Dinner with a folklore concert and Uzbek dance masterclass at the factory pavilion.
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Visit Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, one of the most impressive tile ensembles in Central Asia.
- Invisible Samarkand immersive audio walk through the old streets of the city.
- Lunch at restaurant Khan Atlas.
- Siab Bazaar market walk with ingredient selection for the culinary part of the day.
- Pilaf masterclass at Traditions Square, with optional ceramics, mosaic, and blacksmithing workshops.
