Day-by-day itinerary

Breakfast at the hotel in Samarkand.

08:30 – The journey begins in the morning. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful mountain and rural landscapes and see real life in Uzbekistan outside the cities — cotton fields, donkeys with carts, and teahouses by the roadside.

Arrival in Shakhrisabz — the birthplace of Amir Temur. This city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you can feel the breath of time: narrow streets, clay houses, ancient mausoleums, and proud history.

Main attractions: Ak-Saray — the White Palace — the grand gates of the once luxurious palace of Amir Temur. The height of the preserved portal is over 38 meters. Magnificent mosaics and tiles, the spirit of the empire.

The Jahangir Mausoleum was built in honor of Timur’s beloved son. It is a very touching place where you can feel the personal history of the great conqueror.

The Dorus-Saodat (“place of power”) complex is the burial place of members of the Timurid dynasty. A true spiritual and architectural gem.

The Dorut-Tilovat complex (“place of reflection”) is a mosque, madrasah, and mausoleums of famous religious figures. An atmosphere of peace and respect for knowledge and wisdom.

The monument to Amir Temur is a huge bronze statue in the center of the city, a symbol of pride and heritage.

Lunch at a national teahouse with dishes from Kashkadarya cuisine: pilaf, somsa, shurpa, fresh flatbread, and, of course, tea.

Return to Samarkand – in the afternoon, you will head back. Along the way, there will be stops for photos or a cup of green tea at a roadside teahouse. Check into the hotel and relax.
